The fact that this is our 3rd stay at the Garden Apartment Hobart speaks volumes to the quality and care of the accommodation offered by Tom and Pam. Their primary goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bed is outstanding and we both slept great each night. You will not be disappointed!

Just about 7km from the centre of town with carport for off-street parking… Great kitchen, bathroom, living areas and, honestly, I’ve never slept in a better bed while on holidays. Being a clean freak, the cleanliness of this property was remarkable.

The Gardens Apartment is close enough to easily drive or bus into Hobart yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The gardens surrounding the apartment are delightful. The apartment itself is exactly as the images depict – clean, comfortable and cosy. Our hosts seem to have thought of everything. The lounge chairs and bed were comfortable indeed. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hobart.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at the Gardens Apartment. The apartment is in a great location and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Thank you Tom and Pam, your attention to detail was very impressive.

We just loved the cosiness of the downstairs lounge and the gorgeous kitchen and the loft bedroom with its light airy feel and glimpses of the Derwent River through the garden trees.

A great place to stay in Hobart. A really close & beautiful drive along the water to get into the city & Salamanca. Everything is very new & nice! The carport was greatly appreciated when coming back in the rain & not getting wet from the car to the front door. Look forward to staying again!

The self-contained apartment was meticulous, equipped with a gourmet kitchen. The loft bedroom was cosy and spacious and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The whole environment was cosy, warm, private and peaceful.

This apartment is excellent. It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and Tom and Pam have provided excellent instructions and information which are supplemented with some wonderful books. The upstairs bedroom basks in lovely warm afternoon sunshine. Our communication was very straightforward and prompt. Hopefully we can go back one day. Thank you very much.

The Gardens Apartment is well appointed. The kitchen is fully-equipped, as well as having a washing machine for laundry. The queen bed is very comfortable and the unit was spotlessly clean. Thanks for a lovely stay.

My partner and I have stayed in many holiday apartments both in Australia and overseas but none have come close to the beautiful Gardens Apartment. The apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable and well organised. We will absolutely be back!

We have stayed in many different places, but none so well fitted out as this apartment. Tom was a fantastic host, always available when required. The garden, especially the old oak trees, were wonderful. I will certainly be advising my friends to stay here.

I’ve stayed in dozens of Airbnbs around the world and this has been one of my best experiences in terms of comfort, convenience, and incredibly clean space… the Wifi works very well, heater is warm for cooler nights and a nice ceiling fan keeps you cool when it is a bit hot outside.

I have nothing but praise for Tom & Pam and “The Gardens Apartment”. The apartment is gorgeous, compact, clean and convenient. I loved being able to wake up in the upstairs room and look out to the river and the trees and see the weather before I ventured out for the day. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the downstairs sitting room. I was totally spoilt.

I had a wonderful, relaxing few days in this very special part of the world. Tom and Pam have a fantastic apartment on their property. It’s immaculate, compact and cosy.
